How often do children make adults look like the idiots we usually tend to be. Outside of that show, "Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader" kids don't usually get to show up adults. They don't really get the chance to make sense out of things that adults lose their minds over, and they don't normally get to see a mole hill for just that and not some goddamn Everest sized mountain.
Recently however, some brave adult decided to ask the children what they thought of that "controversial" Cheerios commercial. The one where the little girl asks her mother if Cheerios is really good for your heart and then buries her father in a box of Cheerios as he sleeps on the sofa. By the way, my mom would have killed me for wasting that much food, but I digress.
The kids so clearly made every person who left a racist comment on youtube when the commercial aired, look like a simpering fool, and I loved it. Watch these kids, it will warm your heart and possibly give you hope for the future. From the mouths of babes.
I LOVED this! Yes! Yes! Yes! It's not that damn hard. If children can grasp the concept so easily how come the adults always struggle so much??? Hope...there are so many different sparks and threads of hope. If we could only just harness it all to help us shine the light on the way forward...
